How can you create a warm and gastronomic atmosphere using concrete? In adding wood, light and colors and in articulating spaces together. This fish restaurant in Lima is an experience in itself, alternating different spaces surrounded by high concrete walls. Dining rooms and patios create different atmospheres, avoiding the feeling of confinement and harshness brought by concrete. A very clever design.

Comment faire chaleureux et gustatif avec du béton ? En y ajoutant bois, lumière et couleurs, et en pensant à l’organisation spatiale. Ce restaurant de poissons de Lima est une expérience en soi, par l’alternance des espaces enserrés par de hauts murs de béton. Salles et patios se suivent créant différentes ambiances, évitant le sentiment d’enfermement et de rudesse du béton. Une conception très astucieuse.
