Un décor de cinéma ? Un isoloir dans un asile de fous ? Pas du tout. Vous êtes dans la pièce du silence de l’Université technique du Danemark. En 1967, l’ESA avait besoin d’un environnement sans bruit extérieur, sans ondes et sans micro-ondes pour mettre au point les antennes extérieures. C’est ainsi qu’ils ont crée la chambre de silence DTU à Copenhague. Et ce sont ces picots étranges qui permettent cette isolation phonique maximum. Bizarre autant qu’efficace.

A movie set ? A isolation chamber in an insane asylum? Not at all. You are in the chamber of silence of the Technical University of Denmark. In 1967, ESA needed a research environment without any external noise, including waves and microwave to develop outdoor antennas. Thus they created the chamber of silence, also called DTU, in Copenhagen. And it is apparently the strange spikes that allow the maximum soundproofing. As bizarre as effective.

Incroyable que personne n’y ait pensé avant ! Voici le premier hôtel thématisé Panda. Il est situé en Chine au pied de la montagne où les touristes viennent voir les pandas. Une décoration très chinoise, agrémentée de pandas en peluche, de dessins de pandas, et surtout d’un personnage panda qui vous accueille, vous oriente et vous distrait également au piano!

I can’t believe that nobody has thought of it before! This is the first Panda themed hotel. Located in China at the foot of the mountain where tourists come to see the pandas, it presents a very Chinese decor, decorated with plush pandas, drawing of pandas, and inhabited by a panda character who welcomes you, guides you and also plays the piano for you!

Un décor de film d’horreur ? La chambre folle d’un dentiste ? Pas du tout, vous êtes dans l’une des salles du Corpus Museum, musée interactif dédié à la biologie du corps humain. A la fois kitsch et réaliste. Une folie.

Is this an horror movie stage ? The home of a crazy dentist ? Not at all. You ar in one of the presentation of the Corpus Museum. This museum is entirely dedicated to understanding the human body, in an interactive way. Between madness and reality. Absolutely bizarre anyway.
